How It Works Here

Look, we're not gonna hold your hand through this. You book a class, you show up on time - preferably 10 minutes early to wrap up and get your head right. Late arrivals mess with everyone's flow, so don't be that person.

First-timers gotta sign a waiver and chat with one of us coaches before jumping into advanced sessions. We're not being jerks, it's just safer that way. Bring your own wraps and gloves if you got 'em, but we've got loaners if you're just testing the waters.

Classes cap at 20 people 'cause quality beats quantity every damn time. Book ahead through our system or call us directly at (604) 722-8934. Drop-ins are cool if there's space, but don't count on it during peak hours.
