What You Need to Know

Yeah, absolutely. First class is free - no strings attached. Just call us or fill out the contact form and we'll get you scheduled. Show up 15 minutes early so we can get you set up properly.

Nope. We've got complete beginners in every class. The difference between us and other gyms is we don't throw newbies into the deep end. You'll learn fundamentals first, drill them until they're automatic, then progressively add intensity.

For your first few classes, just bring workout clothes and a water bottle - we've got loner gloves and gear. Once you're committed, you'll wanna invest in your own hand wraps, gloves, and mouthguard. We can point you toward quality stuff that won't break the bank.

Most serious members do. We offer package deals if you're training in multiple programs. Common combo is MMA + Recovery or Weightlifting + Nutrition. We'll work with you to structure a schedule that doesn't overtrain you into the ground.
